Abstract    Based on the research of wheat storage surroundings and quality, the model of the relations between wheat storage temperature and air temperature and the model of wheat quality evaluation and prediction are built. On a platform of Windows XP and Visual Basic, the safe wheat storage monitoring and prediction system has been built with computer technology. In it, the user interface is achieved with Macromedia Flash and Macromedia Dreamweaver, the database is built with Microsoft Access, and the results are expressed with Microsoft Excel and Matlab. The results of debugging and testing with experimental data indicate that this system runs well and the accuracy of output is 98.73%. This system can implement better to evaluating, monitoring and predicting wheat storage quality. It is universal and extensible. This study has provided theory and technology for intelligentising safe wheat storage and management.
