BREEDING SYSTEMS IN NEW ZEALAND PLANTS
3. SEX RATIOS IN SOME NATURAL POPULATIONS

Abstract Of 16 native dioecious species examined, 10 have been found with preponderances of males in natural populations, and one with a preponderance of females. The causes of an excess of males are discussed in relation to earlier work on female preponderance.
