NEW ZEALAND TREMELLALES - I

Abstract Nine species of Tremellales are described from New Zealand, of which Hcl/cog/oea lagerheimii Pat. and Trmnella obscttra (L. S. Olive) Christiansen constitute new records for the country. Auricula totarae Lloyd and Exidia tenax Cooke, both of which were originally described from New Zealand, .ire reduced to synonomy under Pseudohydnum gelatinosuw (Scop, ex Fr.) P. Karst. and Exidia glandulosa Fr. respectively.
