Abstract Two new leaf-spot fungi, Septoria pulcherrima on Eucalyptus nitens and Trimmatostroma bifarium on E. regnans are described. S. pulcherrima produces characteristic bright carmine spots on leaves and has conidia measuring 30-60 x 3-4 |xm with an obtuse apex and a truncate base. T. bifarium is characterised by its conidia (measuring 12-24 x 6-14 n.m) with 2, parallel and discrete to laterally fused, rows of cells (3-5 cells per row) arising from a common, thickened base.
