Committees of the Royal Society

As well as housing an Academy Council to order the affairs of Fellows of the Royal Society of New Zealand, the Society is also a federation of scientific and technological societies. As such, it is able to combine resources with the Academy to form multi-disciplinary committees. These Committees are set up to look at issues which the Society considers to be important: The Committees disseminate their findings to the science community, the general public and the New Zealand government as appropriate. Current examples of such committees are:

Awards, funds, panels, advisory groups
