Hatherton Award
The Hatherton Award is awarded for the best scientific paper by a
student registered for the degree of PhD at any New Zealand University,
published or accepted for publication either during their studies or
within two years of the completion of the PhD in Physical Sciences,
Earth Sciences and Mathematical and Information Sciences. The Hatherton
Award consists of a framed certificate and $500.
Applications are now being called for the 2008 Hatherton Award.
The closing date for application is 30 June 2008.
