PortfolioEach entry on the day is to be accompanied by a printed portfolio which must contain the following information :
Your portfolio needs to be attractively presented and finished to a high standard. JudgingJudges will assess your entry on the day looking at the visual impact and functionality of the carry case as well as the uniformity of your six bottles of Ginger Beer, including bottle size and labelling. The portfolio will be assessed on the criteria outlined above. A bottle from your six-pack with be opened at random and evaluated by the judges. Criteria will include taste, clarity and the effervescence of your Ginger Beer as well as its potential market appeal. Marks
