In Jan 2006 I went to the New Zealand Mathematical Olympiad
Residential Training Camp and I was selected to be in the squad. In Jan 2007 I attended the Rotary National Science and Technology
Forum and I have been in contact with some of my forum friends till
now. In yr 12 I received my Calculus Scholarship and in yr 13 I got an
A+ from the MAX program (stage one Accelerated Mathematics for High
school students). At the moment I am doing the accelerated pathway engineering at the University of Auckland and I major in civil engineering, this means I will be taking 6 papers per semester for the next two years and more. My future vision? I plan to go overseas, e.g. UK, US and/or Europe, to further my study and perhaps I will move on to business. I want to say to all the school students in New Zealand, treasure your time at school, know what you really want to do with your life and don't be afraid pursue your dreams. .
