The Academy Council

Established under the Royal Society of New Zealand Act, 1997, the Academy Council is the independent science and technology academy of New Zealand dedicated to promoting excellence in science and technology. It is the only organisation in New Zealand which focuses on the criterion of excellence of research in a broad range of science and technology.
