New Zealand Leadership PathwayThe New Zealand Leadership Pathway online, self-learning platform provides inspiration, experience and confidence to both aspiring and practiced entrepreneurs in innovation commercialisation. This is achieved through their engagement with the tacit knowledge of entrepreneurs in agribusiness and across other innovation-based enterprise. Engagements are achieved by powerful, film-based, story-telling within a structured, self-motivating and self-learning, online environment. Individuals can build tacit knowledge (knowledge of what to do, of personal experience) by reviewing specific, formative experiences most appropriate to his or her present need and opportunity. Contemporary experiences of 80+ persons successful in New Zealand are presented, rather than theory or foreign experience.
