New Zealand Leadership Pathway

The New Zealand Leadership Pathway online, self-learning platform provides inspiration, experience and confidence to both aspiring and practiced entrepreneurs in innovation commercialisation. This is achieved through  their engagement with the tacit knowledge of entrepreneurs in agribusiness and across other innovation-based enterprise.

Engagements are achieved by powerful, film-based, story-telling within a structured, self-motivating and self-learning, online environment. Individuals can build tacit knowledge (knowledge of what to do, of personal experience) by reviewing specific, formative experiences most appropriate to his or her present need and opportunity.

Contemporary experiences of 80+ persons successful in New Zealand are presented, rather than theory or foreign experience.

The New Zealand Leadership Pathway navigation instructions are provided below.

The New Zealand Leadership Pathway model describes how successful business leaders develop their careers. This model is described in the online platform and summarised in the Navigation Instructions.

The New Zealand Leadership Pathway project is an initiative of The Royal Society of New Zealand working in partnership with AGMARDT (the Agricultural and Marketing Research and Development Trust) and New Zealand Trade and Enterprise.
