CONTRIBUTIONS TO A CHROMOSOME ATLAS OF THE NEW ZEALAND FLORA - 13 PARAHEBE AND PYGMEA (SCROPHULARIACEAE)

Abstract Documented chromosome numbers are provided for 11 species and 1 variety of Parahebe and for 5 species and 1 variety of Pygmea (Scrophulariaceae) in New Zealand. Information is not yet available for Parahebe plano-petiolata (Simpson et Thomson) W. R. B. Oliver var. laxa (W. R. B. Oliver) M. B. Ashwin, Pygmea ciliolata Hook. f. var. pumila M. B. Ashwin, and P. armstrongii (Buchan.) M. B. Ashwin.
