An Apparatus for Continuous Microscopic Examination of Conidium Ontogeny

Abstract A simple inexpensive apparatus is described for continuous microscopic examination and photographic recording of conidium ontogeny at high magnifications. Use of the apparatus in studying spore germination and in the production of permanent stained slides is discussed.
