New and noteworthy plants from Fiji

Abstract  Three new species are described from Waya Island, Fiji: Embelia deivanuae (Myrsinaceae), and Guettarda wayaensis and Psychotria volii (Rubiaceae). Newly recorded for Fiji (Waya) are Carex brunnea and Rinorea bengalensis. The occurrence of Serianthes vitiensis on Waya is noted.
