Abstract Six taxa are reported as additional or newly
substantiated naturalised records for the weed flora of New Zealand during the
3-year period 1994-1996. Thirty-six species are considered to be new records of
casual adventive plants. Eleven additional species that were previously poorly
known are given extended distributions. Most records are in the Fabaceae (6).
