Abstract  Three new species of Stachybotrys are described based on specimens found on decaying leaves of Freycinetia and Pandanus from Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. Seven other species are reported from the Pandanaceae, and compared with presently accepted species. A key and a synoptic table are provided to the 12 species of Stachybotrys now known from members of the Pandanaceae.
