Two species of Pannariaceae (lichenised ascomycetes) from New Zealand with a wider Southern Hemisphere distribution

Abstract   Degelia crustacea and Fuscopannaria subimmixta are reported as new to South America, the latter also extending to South Africa, an unusual distribution pattern. It also differs in being a species of soils and rocks; the two belong in quite different ecogeographical elements.
