PORTABLE SEICHE GAUGE

Abstract A portable instrument with a power consumption of less than 1 W has been developed to measure water height at temporary locations. The full scale range of the recorder is 500 mm, and resolution is better than 5 mm water height. Results obtained with the instrument are given, showing seiche activity in a lake.
