Abstract A regression analysis of eye diameter and fork length was conducted on measurements from 143 spiny oreo dories, Allocyttus sp. (Oreo-somatidae). A statistically significant relationship between eye diameter (x) and fork length (y) was found: y = 131 + 3.56.x (r = 0.811).
