Abstract Three new species of the charopid genus
Climocella Goulstone, 1996 are described from the North Island, New
Zealand:
Climocella hukutaia from Bay of Plenty,
C. puhore from
mid Northland, and
C. triticum from the southern half of the North
Island.
Charopa (
Mocella)
accelerata Climo, 1970,
previously assigned to the genus
Climocella by Goulstone in 1996, is
transferred to the genus
Flammocharopa Climo, 1970.
